Street Crews

A group of around 20 (give or take) locals who hold down their neighborhoodtagging walls, flexing turf both online and in person, and sometimes linking or spinning off from bigger gangs. Street Crews aren’t always about violence; they’re about presence, unity, and respect that speaks louder than beef.
Street Crews move in the shadow of bigger gangs but often stay more active, more connected, and more in tune with the real neighborhood pulse.

Lois Demby Terrace / Lil Saigon

A 200-unit residential complex in Inkster, MI, built in 1964 to house the city’s growing African American population. Nicknamed “Lil Saigon” due to Vietnam War-era violence in the area, the complex has a history marked by crime, economic struggle, and community resilience. Local gangs like the GDs operated nearby, and the area shaped Inkster’s social fabric.
“Lois Demby Terrace / Lil Saigon’s buildings might be scarred, but the neighborhood’s heart and history run deep—it’s Inkster grit at its finest.”

BO / WavyNavy

A Detroit street alliance combining the cliques Brothers Only (BO/26) and WavyGang (WavyNavy), operating mainly along East Seven Mile Rd in neighborhoods like Grixdale, Conant Gardens, and Pershing. Members affiliate with Vice Lords or Bloods, and the movement is closely tied with 42 while having past conflicts with 3G. Known for coordinated presence across the Eastside rather than strict block claims, blending visibility, influence, and street respect.
“BO / WavyNavy keeps the East Seven Mile streets locked, with the WavyGang and BO moving together like they own the whole side.”—Detroiter

P-Rock IVL

Older Insane Vice Lord set based along Plymouth Rd. in Detroit (48227), known for I-V-12 graffiti. Allies with Vice Lords and local Bloods; rivals with GDs and Crips.
“Even with fewer active members, P-Rock IVL tags still pop up along Plymouth as a nod to the OG Vice Lords in the area.”

W7M Crips

A small, Detroit-based street crew known for tagging, local rivalries, and claiming territory in the Five Points area. Not a fully verified gang, but an active street-level crew with cliques like ScoreGang (SCRG) and the Hyena Crips (83GC).
“You can spot them W7M Crips’ tags all over Five Points—they’re a local street crew, not just random some graffiti clique.”—Westside Detroiter

u/NELA730

A Reddit troll (or crew of trolls) known for faking Crip sets and rewriting gang history online. Started out clowning real hoods like East Side 73GC, then rebranded to hype up a made-up “WS73GC” like it was a real/active LA set. Basically the final boss of Reddit Crips — suburban clout chasers turned fake historians.
“Ain’t no such thing as W/S 73GC, that’s just u/NELA730 lore.”—LA locals
