Shartlek

A variation of running interval session 'fartlek' performed while suffering from runner's bowel. The intervals and speed are determined by the need for a toilet stop and the likelihood of shitting oneself while running.

I went for a run last night, guts felt awful so it turned into a proper shartlek session.

A person (usually a man) with no discernible sexual prowess. Somebody who has no minge powers.

I'm not sure if John has ever gotten laid.

That's not really surprising, he's a complete cuntmuggle.
