MUSHADE (MOO SHAAD) - Interchangeable Italian / American slang for describing another persons intellect / character / or other attribute as Soft/Mushy.

Ravshan 

A collective slang term, used in primarily Russia, to describe unskilled laborers from Central Asia.

At this construction site they use some Ravshan laborer's.
