Fistlings
Tiny particles of mucous, blood, epithelial cells, and / or residue pieces that are expelled during an extended fisting session.

Residue Piece(s)
The tiny piece of feces leftover after a bowel-movement. This pea-sized piece of poo causes you to wipe your rear-end much more than necessary. In turn, this excessive wiping can lead to an irritated, sometimes bloody anus.
