1. A way to tell somebody they are behind on the times, or out of touch. Old Man Jeffries can often be spotted by their use of basic or outdated internet services, especially dictionary-related ones.
2. A stereotypical old person i.e: liked things when they were younger, uses the word "Whippersnapper" excessively, and constantly complains about the spatial positioning of people he doesn't like in relation to his lawn, and usually where they should get.

A trimming of the hair on ones posterior. A play on the phrase Hair Cut, but using the word chair instead, to imply where the posterior usually sits.
Pat: "Hey man, you ready for your gay blind date tomorrow?"
Jim: "Yeah I'm ready. I got a hair cut and, if you don't mind me mentioning, I got a chair cut as well."
Pat: "Hope you didn't do all that for nothing."

Nokay is a truncation or combination of the two words "No" and "Okay". It is usually used by people when they are asked to do something that they know they have to do, but are resentful of or do not want to do. Used to express "defeated contempt".
