Being Pseudo-Punctual, or participating in Pseudo-Punctuality ( similar to Pseudo-Productive/Pseudo-Productivity) is the act of arriving to a location. or completing a task on time, at the expensive of skipping other important priorities.
E.G. You arrive to work on time, but did so at the expense of skipping your morning routine; Not brushing your teeth, showering, styling your hair, or eating breakfast. This would be defined as Pseudo-Punctual since you did not wake up on time to complete your morning routine before arriving to work.

"You're so punctual! How do you always get to work on time?"
"Don't be fooled, it's just pseudo-punctuality. I only had coffee for breakfast this morning!"
