The true title of the message that Wikipedia users get for creating an account with a very bad username, usually involving curse words and personal attacks.
I created an account with the username 'NHRHS2010isaloser', but I clicked on the edit button and I got blocked from editing and the 'UsernameHardBlocked' message showed up in the reason for the block. Was my username that bad?

There are two types of Urban Dictionary editors:
Good editors: The ones who allows new definitions to be published
Retarded editors: Idiots who will reject random new definitions for either no reason or stupid reasons. They're the one with no life and doesn't realize that Urban Dictionary is contributed by people with a great sense of humor.
