A person who becomes scared and obsessed with Friday the 13th and thinks the world is going to end when the day comes.

Ussaer 

A person who hates the Soviet Union and all communists and can't seem to get over the Cold War and hates all Russians; usually a person born during the 1950's.

When he insulted Boris for being a communist, it was easy to see Tom was a ussaer.

The act of getting pissed at your cell phone for dropping your call and chucking it out the window in rage.

When my phone dropped my call with Jessica, I phrowed.
