Jousted 

Burst of Dopamine (dihydroxyphenethylamine) in the brain. Can occur from achievement or an amazing experience, example; scoring a touchdown, orgasm, winning the lottery, falling in love, etc.

Can also be stimulated artificially with hydro-chloride (cocaine), or other elicit narcotics such as methamphetamine, Opioid or highly concentrated THC stimulation.

heavy cat

Well connected, loaded with massive amount of Money or a high ranking government official or incredibly powerful organized crime lord; examples, Chappo Guzman, Raymond Wong, Demitrius Flenery, Eric Holder, Leon Panetta, etc.

I was walking down the strip in Vegas and bumped into Chappo Guzman. Man, I backed up because he's a Heavy Cat!
