An egregiously bad attorney who keeps filing ridiculous, pointless motions in a court case in an attempt to baffle the judge and opposing counsel.

Cowabunga

An entirely unexpected calamitous event that strikes out of the sky.

Poor chap was standing having a pee on the side of the railway line when "Cowabunga!" a cow was hot by a train, flew 100 feet through the air and crushed him to death.
