Putin and Xi are examples of a democritator in the modern world.

There is a place called Transylgendera. It is a bizarre, freaky,lurid place filled with wacky ideas about gender issues that normal people laugh at. Its citizens are called Transylgender, a fairy tail group of people filled with way, way too much emotional and impulsive actions about gender issues.

That guy/girl/whatever is obviously from Transylgendera. He's looks like a a Transylgender person.
