A city in which a newspaper polled it's residents and found that only 14% felt safe living there. Crime is rampant within the Whalley and Newton areas. Transients have established a tent village near 106 avenue and people roam the streets at night stealing whatever is available.

This IS a TRUE STORY that happened to me...... Time to move out of Surrey !!!!! Beware to all those that would think of living here !!!!! Be cautious if you visit !!!!

An Albertan that developed past the fetus stage. Easily recognized by the diesel smoke pouring out of their big trucks or little penises.. Most are uneducated which explains their ignorance while driving a vehicle...
