Lav Diaz 

A Filipino filmmaker who works within the Slow Cinema genre and is notorious for directing black and white films which have (on average) 6 hour long runtimes usually shot on consumer digital cameras. Many of his films deal with the subject of fascism and martial law and are typically set in rural environments. He is both feared and revered by cinephiles.

If only I had the time to watch a Lav Diaz films, they're just too long!

The Rind of Zayo Da Dong 

A piece of history documented in Brett Keane's magnum opera Eternal Undying Love. It refers to a time when an evil atheist dictator named "Zayo Da Dong" killed a bunch of fellow atheists during his "rind" in China.

Brett Keane: What happens if they decide they don't like another atheist out there? Well. History seems to show us, all the way back to the day of Joseph Stalin, atheist dictator killed six million people, how many of those people do you think were other atheists, huh? How many atheists do you think got killed during the RIND OF ZAYO DA DONG? What a fucked up name that guy's got, right?

Steven Crowder 

A popular far right wing grifter and casual racist, anti-Semite, xenophobic, homophobic, and transphobic political commentator. He's known for being a douche bag frat bro who wears a gun holster at all times as a means to project fake machismo. He claims to be a great debater, but only debates people who he already knows agree with him and college students who are not used to publicly debating. When confronted by someone who actually knows how to debate (namely Sam Seder), he runs away like the little wimp that he actually is.

Kevin Sorbo 

A hasbeen television actor who now spends his time starring in fundamentalist Christian propaganda movies (like God's Not Dead and Let There Be Light) and spewing anti-Semitic nonsense on various far right wing outlets. He is also known for being borderline illiterate, as he famously once read screen direction as dialogue - causing a hilarious meme to be born.

If you think Mel Gibson is anti-Semitic, you clearly haven't heard of Kevin Sorbo!

A god amongst men. An actor who doesn’t know how to say NO to films, causing him to be the most prolific actor of the modern era and best known for his roles as The Master on Doctor Who and as the voice of a cat in some softcore gay porno. He’s also the stoner brother of Julia Roberts and Emma Roberts’s dad.
