In the Kingdom of Loathing, *slouting is a combination of shouting and slurring, at least in the "Beeeeeeeer!" encounter at the Orcish Frat House

As you approach the Orcish Frat House, one of the Frat Boys comes running through the front door like a bat out of a Frat House, carrying a six-pack. "Beeeeer! Beeeeeeeeeeer! Yeah! Beer!" he slouts.
