2. Morally wrong, unethical.

Often confused with amoral, unmoral, and nonmoral, of which the first is the most common; immoral simply means bad and defiant of the moral principles of society while amoral means lacking in or indifferent to any morals, neither moral or immoral (neither good or bad).
The necktie psychopath is as immoral as they come, cunningly charming and manipulating their way to the top, indifferent to who they hurt along the way.

Loud and obnoxious, in-your-face, cacophonous, dissonant, screeching, shrill, grating.
Anne Boleyn's stridently sexy allure, sophistication, and sharp tongued wit captivated Henry VIII.

Glenn Beck sobbed and whined stridently in his reactionary performance, based more on emotion and pandering than on sound information.

The Tea Party shrieked their bizarre agenda stridently over the news, their lack of adequate education was painfully clear; it's doubtful that any of them even knew what the Boston Tea Party was really about.

degenerate 

Verb:
To fall from grace, to degrade, to become corrupt, to lose good or admirable qualities.

Adjective:
Describing someone or something who has lost their good qualities and has become undesirable or even abnormal.
The mad cow disease caused many unfortunate cows to degenerate, forcing many to avoid eating beef.

Your boyfriend ran off with another woman and took your best jewelry?! Why, that degenerate-!

Incompetent or dysfunctional, subpar.
Even in the very remote chance that they didn't kill their children, Casey Anthony and Diane Downs were by many accounts very unfit mothers and put their own frivolities and desires before their children; Anthony lived the "bella vita" while Downs was a bed hopper who preyed on married men and neither worried about the safety of their children.

George W. Bush was a shamefully unfit president who recklessly endangered his people and made them look like fools.

unpredictable 

Very difficult to predict. Erratic or unstable, fickle.
"I'd rather go out with someone a little more unpredictable."

Is that what anyone would want in a spouse or a sweetheart? Somebody who is inconsistent, flaky, fickle, erratic, and just unreliable? A bad boy would be just the wrong man to marry if you want a successful, stable marriage.

Easily annoyed or angered. Cranky or grumpy. Cross, bad-tempered.
Sarah Good was called to testify. The irritable beggar rarely went to church and often muttered under her breath when she was denied food or shelter; she was an easy target for accusations of witchcraft.
