delulu attack 

When someone has a sudden onset of a mental delusional “attack”. When someone temporarily loses touch with, grasp and perceiving of reality.

I’m having a delulu attack. I don’t know what’s real anymore.

Am I having a delulu attack or am I just hallucinating?

I can’t understand this current reality due to my delulu attack.
