Bruce was in a deep level of Cuntemplation. Visulising all the vaginas he'd seen in his lifetime. It was a pleasant form of meditation.

To suffocate or smother using the vagina.

Giselle was known in the spy world for her unique ability to vagsphyxiate her willing victims. No marks could be found on their bodies, but they all died with a smile on their face.
