Garfer is a sometimes fatal sexually transmitted disease that attacks the digestive system. It is most easily contracted during anal sex. Symptoms include (but are not limited to): mild bleeding following anal sex or bowel movements, stomach cramps or discomfort, diarrhea, fatigue, and muscle aches. Usually this disease in contracted through anal sex, but it is also possible to get it from vaginal and/or oral sex. There is no known way to prevent this disorder except for abstinence.
