Avoiding paying for something, usually with a silver tongue and unfilled promises.
Often seen when joining a club or class, procrastipayers just want to "try it out" before they buy and eventually people forget.

breatha

a breatha is a young male, usually a student, who spends his time doing very little and puts in no effort into his appearance. His time is spent playing video games, sleeping with one or more beezys, smoking weed, drinking excessive amounts of alcohol and using other drugs. Minimal effort is put into his degree, but some of the breathas do graduate.

Derived from the phrase "Just breathin' " when asked about recent activities.

Amelia: Hey John, what have you been up to recently?
John: Just breathin'
Amelia: You're turned into such a breatha this year!
