Avoiding paying for something, usually with a silver tongue and unfilled promises.
Often seen when joining a club or class, procrastipayers just want to "try it out" before they buy and eventually people forget.

"Let's try everything!"
"I can't afford that…"
"don't worry, just procrastipay!"
