A derogatory term for the UK Conservative Party. Usually said in a tone of voice that implys either forboding or complete distane.

Kind of a shame really as there are loads of very cool blue people in the world.

three second rule

The rule that says if you drop a piece of food on the floor it is ok to eat if you pick it up in three seconds. Usually the 'three seconds' is more like 10 but it is still the three second rule.

Somone wrote Don't Panic on the cover of my calculator. It gets me through exams.
