A flange is just another word used to describe the female genitalia.

Used in a derogatory way, the word ‘Flange’ could be used instead of words like:-
Cunt, Axe wound, Clam, Giny, Vage, Vajayjay

“Aye bro, did you get any flange on the weekend? ;)”
