also, sorry that took so long...I didn't realize you had asked ages ago...it's rare unless I'm bored that I go thru and check my definitions.

prickbait

one of the many poor, poor girls who are only attracted to the pricks, or who all the pricks are attracted to.
*sob* I haven't been able to get a good lay since I became prickbait! *sob*

New Jersey

part of the east coast's infamous "emo trio" (NJ, PA, and MD/DC) where nearly all of the good emo bands come from. also where all of the crappy ones come from, but this matters not.
Lauren: "so Dave, are we hitting new jersey this weekend so we can cry at a show."
Dave: "of course Lauren, but only if you're up for shagging in my band's ultra-hip chevy astro."
Lauren: "oh Dave, you know it!"

Pennsylvania

part of the east coast's infamous "emo trio" (NJ, PA, MD/DC) from which a lot of the country's best emo bands come. also a lot of the country's crappiest, but oh-bloody-well.
Jacob's heart-wrenching voice and lyrics are making an appearance up in PA this weekend...anyone interested?

part of the east coast's infamous emo-trio (NJ, PA, MD/DC). it is officially impossible to start a band here that doesn't have emo leanings. no pure pop-punk bands are found in this land, as they are too close to the fountain of emo (that's DC, folks). feel bad for us kids who have to live here.
don't you hate how all the kids from MD/DC are such freaking emo kids? it's like they have nothing better to do.

a nickname lovingly given to new jersey, pennsylvania, and maryland/DC after we realized how extremely difficult it was to find a single band whose music didn't have "emo" leanings. new york has started to be included, but it'll always just be "emo trio."
whatever kind of emo you're into, you'll find it in the emo trio. no, seriously.
