usually found attached permanently to the hand of a guy who uses it to break up with a wonderful chick. may also be used to text his bff/gay lover, mom, or his own personal Duper.

hairspray curl 

a curl that is sprayed liberally with "hairspray", which may or may not actually be spray adhesive. it doesn't move. it scares small children. is generally found upon the head of a Jennifer, and decorated by an obnoxious hair clip.

Look! Is that a squirrel on the back of her head? No, it's just a hairspray curl. Ew...
