A mildly insulting/endearing term for someone who is slow on the uptake or just a bit dim.

Fucknosed

Derives from the term "Fuck knows", which is another form of "God knows".
Used to describe someone who has led a sheltered life or is blissfully unaware of current events.

"Of course I know who Angelina Jolie is! How Fucknosed do ya think I am?!"
