Where you are busting for a shit so badly that as you start to chalk your undies, you need to use your hand to hold it in as well. Sitting firmly on a hard surface chair also counts (extra points if a stool!). Failure is typically met if the shoulders of said turd breach the portal.
He was about to shit himself as he ran for the toilet, so he started defagating with his hand to hold his turd in.
