To Be so high on Methamphetamine that you have lost all muscle control causing your hands to flail , mouth and lips to pucker and grind continously and your body to bend and jerk, all unbeknownst to the addict. Generally but not limited to intravenous drug users, but primarily to those who have been up too long without sleep.
Braaah!! Look at Charlie! That mother fucker is "GENEPALMERIN." He has been up for days! He just got kicked out of the dollar store for "Genepalmerin" and he doesn't even know why!

One who is generally female, who is constantly on the prowl for anything with a price tag, is known to stay up for days placing bids on ebay, reading online ratings and reviews and neglects personal hygiene. It is not uncommon for a "shopbender" to neglect sleep for several days while binge shopping.
Son: Hey dad! Whats wrong with mom? She hasn't left her room for days!
Dad: Oh, son....she'll be allright! Shes just on another Shopbender! At least you'll be getting a surprise gift in the mail soon!
