A short man usually with a Napoleon complex who has a miniscule penis. Maybe inverted or stunted at a young age this penis may be impossible to spot with the naked eye. Never the less it is there short in stature just like the man it belongs to.

Handle Ears

A pair of ears which are big, much like Dumbo, that if grabbed would aid in the repetitive motion used in a fellatio. Usually these ears are attached to a brown bagger, butterface, or ugly woman, some attractive woman have them, especially if the ears in question are very large.
