An exclamation often used when someone is so surprised at one's deformity, that he or she must bring it to another person's attention.

I was so surprised at his bulbous looking tadpole thumbs that I just had to say "lookatem" to let everyone know that they got to see this.

Having looked at, glanced at, surveyed, or peered at someone else's dildo, thus making the person or thing who has seen it alienated or unwanted by others.

Bud: Wow, I can't believe people actually inhabit this place, man!
