An individual of Russian decent who likes to cheat, steal, talk a lot of shit, is an active racist and likes to do things illegally and barely ever gets caught. Often rich, and an alcoholic.

Filthy Indian 

An individual who is often drunk, shoplifting, or both. They hate paying for things and would much rather take whatever they please while hammered. They are not easily spotted as the alcohol makes them extremely slick.

She got drunk and waltzed into some high school and stole some kids gym clothes. She is quite the filthy Indian.

Canadian city with the hottest girls, dumbest cops and even dumber legal system. People there are rude and terrible driverd. Public intoxication is not frowned upon, although alcohol should be hidden.

Racist term for an East Indian due to their religion. They kneel down and kiss some sort of special rug while praising 'Allah'

When you are given your medication and pretend to take it only to accumulate a stash. Usually referring to drugs that have recreational use.

The unofficial gang who does nothing for a living but fuck around with others for a cheap thrill. Members find great amusement in causing others grief. They are often if not always drunk and or on hard drugs.

I found a mouse trap in my car yesterday, I bet the fuck around gang had something to do with it
