EF ratio 

A man's erect/flaccid ratio. Can be calculated using inches or centimeters, as the ratio will not change.

A penis which is 6 inches while erect and 3 inches while flaccid will result in an EF ratio of 2.

Just cuz your dick is 4 inches while soft as compared to my 2 inch soft dick doesn't mean it's bigger. I have an EF ratio of 4, while yours is 1.5
