Sears Tower

The tallest skyscraper in the U.S., it has stood as the tallest for 35 years. It's located in Chicago, Illinois.
The tower has 108 floors, although occasionally the main roof and mechanical penthouse are counted as floors 109 and 110.

Bruce Graham was the chief architect for this building.
The Sears Tower has two large antennas which increase its height dramatically.
On a clear day, you're able to see across Lake Michigan to Indiana, Michigan and Wisconsin from the observation deck on the 103rd floor.
The building leans slightly, about 4 inches due to its slightly asymmetrical design, this can sometimes be felt by tower inhabitants.
The Sears Tower is cool.

Arizona

Contrary to what some think, it's actually a very diverse state, in the south you have warm, and in the summer - very hot, weather, desert, plenty of sand and cacti everywhere you look.
In the north, you have forests as far as the eye can see, snow, very cold weather - especially in the winter, and a lot of wildlife.

The heat for the vast majority of the year isn't as bad as people make it out to be, only in July-August is it what people make it out to be all year around.
Matt: I'd never go to Arizona, I can't bear the heat.
Jimi: Go in February then?
Matt: It's still unbearably hot in Feb?
Jimi: Shows what you know.

Empire State Building

A 102 floor art-deco skyscraper in NYC. It stood as the world's tallest building for 41 years before being surpassed by the World Trade Center.
The Empire State Building is now once again the tallest structure in NYC and the second tallest in America.
The actual construction of the building started on St. Patrick's day, March 17. Because it opened during the Great Depression, much of its office space went unused and the building became known as the "Empty State Building".
The ESB holds many records, one less obvious one being the world's longest survived elevator fall, at 75 floors.
Floodlights that light the top of the building change seasonly and for different events.
The Empire State Building is pretty neat, if I should say so myself.
