Cancel Culture
Hym "No it IS cancel culture Meg. It is. The Taliban is in control of Afghanistan. If a group rose up and started blowing up buildings where the Taliban were located... They would technically be terrorists. You wouldn't calling for people to be canceled for supporting them."

Freeze peach
Just a silly way of saying or writing "Free speech." Try it. Phonetically it sounds the same. That's right isn't it? "Phonetically?" I'm using it right there aren't I? Hmmm... Probably... If not, I'm almost using it right... Right adjacent at least... Possibly completely wrong... No, it's fine. I'll just change the rule. From now on, the word "phonetically" is used like that ☝️ You see it? THAT ☝️ is both allowed and correct. AND SO IT SHALL BE!!!
Stein Ericwine "They're gaming freeze peach! I mean, obviously I'M doing it right and should be allowed to freeze as many peaches as I want but THEM!? THEY'RE CHEATING!"
Hym "You're literally just invoking 'hate speech' there. Like... Gaming freeze peach and 'Hate Speech' are the same thing."

Emotionally and Mentally
Hym "Yes. They're not there physically but they are there emotionally and mentally. That's exactly the which in which the Jews are there. Yes. And he brought up the blockade and you said it was to keep them from getting weapons but 1. They have a God given right to weapons and 2. Though what you're EXPLICITLY trying to prevent from getting in is supposedly weapons, it likely has 2nd or 3rd order effects on their ability to get other goods. This is another instance of you trying to deflect from what the Israelis are actually doing by focusing on what the Israelis are theoretically or hypothetically trying to do.

If I can make you do what I want and get away with it, why should I not?
Empathy for one. In the absence of empathy, if the amount of energy takes for you to get me to do a thing supersedes the amount of energy required for the thing to be done then it wouldn't be practical for you to make me do the thing. Additionally, my awareness of my own mortality makes it impossible for me to be perpetually made to do thing because I can always just kill myself. It incentivizes harming you and the things you care about. It gives your enemies a de-facto ally. But it's intriguing that you think that there is only one reason...
JeerpJoop "If I can make you do what I want and get away with it, why should I not?"
Hym "Well, for starters, there's more than one reason. Secondly, you literally can't. You can only leverage (either) my desire to live against performing the act OR the hope that I may not have to continue doing it indefinitely. Which is how you get people to stay in your suffering cult. You leverage their desire to live and their hope that their suffering will end to get them to do what you want or behave how you want to behave. It's actually kind of illuminating to because if you're God rewards screwing people over then is it not evil? Sounds evil. It ties back into you not actually believing in God but rather believing that God is on your side and that it will forgive you if you do the opposite of what it said."

Belief
I think your fridge analogy involves a failure to compartmentalize between different types of behaviors. For example, I can say that I am 100% certain that my friend wouldn't randomly punch me in the face (unprompted). But if he drew back and feinted a punch and I were to flinch you could say "If you were 100% certain why did you flinch?" But that's more of a reflex in response to stimulus than it is a deliberate act in accordance with a belief. If I sacrifice a goat because I believe a reality monster is going to reward me, that is a deliberate act in accordance with an articulated belief. So it's not quite the same. So, as it relates to your fridge analogy, you could be certain that there is no food in the fridge but in response to hunger you could check the fridge anyway out of compulsion. There could even be an element of conditioning involved. You're hungry. What do you do when you're hungry? You check the fridge. You know there's nothing in the fridge because you didn't buy any groceries. But you go to the fridge anyway because you've conditioned yourself to check the fridge when you're hungry. Reflex, compulsion, conditioning could all be considered "A-belief behavior." You can believe it's wrong to masterbate in public but if you're a compulsive masterbator you might end up doing it anyway.
Lucifarian Crime
That's a thing you made up and you're not the arbiter of identity and you're appealing to the authority of a God you don't believe in. You and your guest take turns actively conflating the literal and the symbolic and you presuppose that there is anything wrong with the absence of humility.
Hym "Not allowing you to ascribe identify is a Lucifarian Crime, to you? 'Crime' implies that it's something that should be punished. What is the punishment for Lucifarian Crime, Jordan? This is the problem with your religion. Now everyone is doing it. Everyone thinks they have some sort of extra-judicial moral authority and the rallying cry against socialism is literally the defense of that extra- judicial authority. George Soros wants to be God and if we don't let him it's evil. Jordan Peterson wants to be High-Priest of Ascribing Identity and if we don't let him it's a Lucifarian Crime. We haven't humbled ourselves beneath him enough. So, no. It needs to stop. The law is the law and fair is fair. No extra-judicial authority for anyone."

Fear
Let say you kill all of the Hamas militants.... Then what? Are the Palestinians supposed to forget that you blew up their gramgram? What's to stop another Hamas from rising up and attacking again?
Hym "Is it fear, Jordan? Is that what is supposed to stop Oct 7th from happening again? That's what the disproportionate response is meant to do, isn't it? Put the fear of God into them? Doesn't that make the Zionist Jews tyrants, Jordan? 'We're not targeting civilians though guys! I'm not TRYING to piss on your shoes! I'm trying to piss INBETWEEN your legs! I told you to move your feet apart! If THAT GUY wasn't a terrorist I wouldn't be pissing on your shoes in the first place!' "
