It's bad for people to shoot the government's (The people's) money into their arms but the greatest thing ever when they shoot it into space? So, no, that's not a reason to NOT redistribute wealth to the bottom of the hierarchy. Yes the money is already being redistributed BUT where is it being redistributed to a place that it SHOULDN'T BE? (See the through-line there?) That's the core issue here.
