Dad throat 

The sensation that you have something in your throat but can't clear it. Causing you to repeatedly clear your throats ever 30-90 seconds for several hours. Thus name because everyone's father does this and you are slowly turning into him.

I feel like I have something in my throat *HARRUUMMMMMM* but I can't get *HARUMMMMMMMM* it out.

Death shart 

When someone (often a patient in a medical setting) is on the verge of death and releases their bowels in a smelly flatulent display. It is an unquestionable sign of death. The soul leaves the body at this point.

We were doing CPR on the guy in room 7, and it seemed to be going well until he had a death shart.

Yeah you can't come back from that...
