PTG stands for Pretty Tall Girl. This distinction needs to be made because a short guy, say around 5'7-5'10, who says he likes tall girls is probably not talking about girls the same height as him. However, you'll always find some girl within the same height range going on about how tall she is. Therefore, when talking about girls that are actually tall (6'+) we use the word PTG to distinguish them from TTGs (Technically Tall Girls).
It also works as a double entendre. Pretty Tall Girl refers to the fact that they are pretty tall, but also to the fact they are pretty AND tall. This term should be used instead of BBW, because BBW is for fat women. Also it sounds a lot nicer than Giantess or Amazon, especially when you say the full word.

Manlet Chud: Tall girls are awesome!
Some 5'9 girl: Lol I'm such a Giantess in heels, towering over the manlets lol
Manlet Chud: You Will Never Be A PTG!

"Hicklib", being a combination of "hick" and "liberal", and is used to refer to liberals that live in rural areas of the United States, namely the Southeast. Hicklibs exist for two reasons, a historical one and a practical one.
Historically, Jeffersonianism, an Egalitarian, Agrarian, Democratic ideology was most prevalent in the South among farmers during 1790s to 1820s. While a long gone ideology, it still lingers in modern day Southern Republican ideology. The most important effect of Jeffersonian thought is Anti-Elitism, which fuels the "folksy" kind of class resentment parroted by hicklibs, and more recently suburbanite Republicans.
Practically, hicklibs exist because rural areas shelter White people from the realities of living in a multiracial environment and how that affects suburban and urban populations. They don't understand why borders need to exist because they've never interacted with an immigrant before. If they are Appalachian, they are probably on government assistance too.

"Wow, I can't believe these rural county acted more like antifa than actual antifa members when nationalists showed up!"
"Yeah, because this place is full of Hicklibs."
