someone who spends there whole day on their phone, watching some sort of social media. They never go outside, and do not like socializing with anybody. These type of people sleep at 1AM and wake up at 12pm. They have no ambition in life whatsoever

The adverb of which a person who blabbers alot, coming from the 2nd word (waffle). This also means someone who is not that good at video games- eg. Rocket league, pro clubs.
