1. Someone from any of the southern states, i.e. Texas.
2. Individual who loves shooting squirrels and roasting them, chewing tobacco, straw hats, rodeos and Nascar.

1. Weak; having no strength
2. Inability to go hard in the paint or engage in an activity which requires any work

"Max was complaining all morning about having to work past 9 p.m. last night. Goddamn is he soft."
