Water

A drink. Drink it. I said DRINK IT YOU DEHYDRETED BIT- *ehem* it is very good for you.

A drink that is good for you and people try and get you to drink it but you're too lazy to get up and grab a water bottle so you are (probably) going to die at an early age.
