A term used by the band Marilyn Manson meaning to go all the way. They came across it when they had an accident in a gig in Texas with a local chicken.

Like cash-in-hand, you are paid with sexual favors, rather than money.

Matt: Hey man, I just got paid.
Craig: Hey, i'll come with you to get the money out.
Matt: Na, it's already happened. My boss is hot, she pays me dick-in-hand! BOOYA!!!

cash-in-hand

Being paid cash, rather than the money being deposited into a bank account. This also prevents taxes being deducted.

Matt: Hey man, I just got paid.
Craig: Hey, i'll come with you to get the money out.
Matt: No need, I get paid cash-in-hand.
