A gothic type dyke, one who might wear fishnets/fishnet shirts, spikes (hence the name) etc.

A hippie dyke, one who might wear flowy skirts or flannel and jeans, and leads a natural/healthy lifestyle (perhaps vegetarian or vegan, etc)
