GHETTO SKANK

Term for a girl black or white with a large behind,fake nails,f'd up hair.Usually lives in the bad part of town,slums,projects,or ghetto.Tattoos in or around the crotch region,breasts,lower back,stomach.Piercings all over.Usually carries an STD or two.Has a gang of kids who are trashy and ghetto as well.Is an ofetn drug user crack,heroin ect.Will sleep with anybody that will give attention.Also Hood Rat,or chickenhead.

Man look at Helen....She is such a ghetto skank.
I went to that party last night there was alot of ghetto skanks there.
