wishbones 

A part of the anatomy of chickens and other fowls which, because of their singular presence in the body of those animals, and remarkable shape, were considered 'lucky' and one could hold one leg of the wishbone and another person hold the other and pull while making a wish. The person left with the bigger piece supposedly gets their wish fulfilled.

There was a novelty song in the 1940's with the line, beans have no wishbones, chiddi-buck-choo. It was very silly and that silliness caused me to remember it from my largely misspent childhood. Indeed, beans, not being animals, have no bones at all, let alone wishbones.

Do Me A Solid 

When you extrude a huge, hard and difficult poop-glob. One that you have to concentrate to get out. Probably moan a bit, too.

Hey, doctor, I must have a problem. I was sitting on the pot with little success and then, after great work, I had to do me a solid. It sank to the bottom quickly.
