A move used during any sporting event involving kicking something such as a ball. It involves jumping, usually with a running start, until your entire body is horizontal with one leg extended outward to make a devestating impact. Time seems to slow down as everyone witnesses such badassery. Based off of the move invented by Tommy Oliver in Power Rangers

The term used to describe someone that is OBSESSED with flipping water bottles, despite not being good at it and showing no signs of improvement. They should honsetly find a new hobby.

Basic tips and tricks for beginners on how to throw shade at someone. Made popular by the shade throwing master Da'Vonne Rogers in Big Brother 18.
Example: When Tiffany tells Da'Vonne that she would not put her up for eviction, but does so anyway, resulting in Da'Vonne casually whipping her hair in Tiffanys face.
