cross tops

Small tablets of amphetamine. Often sold in little bags of one hundred. Made with two crossed grooves pressed into the top of the tablet. Sometimes called 'beans'.

LSD in pill form. Brightly colored tiny cylindrical pills about one eighth of an inch in diameter.

Once an item of working class high fashion, a baseball style hat in the black and yellow colors of the Catepillar Corporation with the word 'CAT' across the front.

A large number or huge amount. From the French beau coup. Brought to the United States by retuning Vietnam war veterans who heard it from the heavily French influenced Vietnamese.

We ran into boo coo VC just north of the fire base.

A sound made with pursed lips in appreciation of superior beauty. It is in two parts; the first a rising note and the second a falling note. A wolf was a man on the hunt for women.

A chorus of wolf whistles emerged from the construction site as she walked by swinging her young, round hips.
