A jark is someone who poses as a threat but actually believe that the police will protect them. It's called Jakeing and being a narcissist at the same time.
I saw many of people turn to Jarks without any warning or anything. All in front in demand people's like that was safe for either one of them...

It's when you prepare to face a situation involving a woman and her private parts, and the only thing that you're actually preparing for is the fact that she isn't well down there.
