Someone who acts like a pile of dog feces. (Appearance is pile of canine feces in the shape of a pretzel).

Our teacher said he wasn't going to give us homework but he did! What a shitpretzel.

One who is new to an event (such as a video game or forum created to flame or insult each other) and says something EXTREMELY stupid and becomes the King of the most ignorant sayings that have ever been expressed there.
