1. (Noun) A Hispanic/mestizo person who emulates black ghetto/hip-hop culture and vernacular.
2. (Noun) A multiracial person of Hispanic/mestizo and African-American descent.

2. "Diego's father was a black man from Atlanta and his mother a first-generation Puerto Rican immigrant. The school bullies crowed "Spigger! Spigger!" when they saw him go by.
