Regrettizing

The mixture of realizing/realising something and ultimately regretting it at the same time - often used by people who quit drugs and realise what they have gotten into.

Person A: "Oh man, I've just been to rehab and I just now am regrettizing what I did to myself.."
Person B: "Ooof, best of luck mate!"
