AALFD 

Another Asshole Looking For Drugs

General Medical slang for a patient who is faking illness or injury to score prescription painkillers. An AALFD is usually identified from their vague, nonsensical stories about why they need a prescription for Vicodin.

Some guy came into the clinic complaining about his hip. Turns out he was just an AALFD.

Quiet Pill 

Noun

1. A bullet, usually fired from a silenced firearm.

2. A hit or clandestine murder intended to silence someone. Used mainly by Black Ops military and gangsters.

Hey Vinnie! John is set to testify in court next week, have your boys give him a quiet pill.

Granny Farm 

An old folk's home or Retirement home. i.e. Where 'Granny' goes to live. A person working there is referred to as a Granny Farmer.

Kids, before we go to dinner we have to pick Grandma up from the Granny Farm.

Over the Rainbow 

A state of total, irrevocable madness or delusion. Refers to the film "The Wizard of Oz", and Dorothy being in another world entirely unconnected from her reality.

Don't bother Garry over there. He's been over the rainbow ever since that bad acid trip.

Naval slang for a small sledge hammer used to make mechanical repairs.
